Instructions
- Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Meanwhile, spray a pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook the bacon for 5 minutes. Then add the asparagus and cook together for a further 5 minutes.
- Add all the sauce ingredients to a food processor. Season well and whizz until smooth.
- Drain the cooked pasta and return to the pan. Add the pesto, cooked bacon and asparagus and a handful of spinach. Heat gently for a couple of minutes. Divide between four bowls and sprinkle with the remaining 60g of Parmesan.
- Serve with a big Speed Free Food salad for the best weight loss results!
