Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, sweetener and cinnamon.
4. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they are almost smooth ~ or mash to your desired consistency.
5. Whisk the eggs and vanilla essence in with the banana and then add to the flour mixture.
6. Whisk until smooth.
7.Add to a loaf tin ined with baking parchment and bake for 25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the deepest part of the loaf. You may need to cover the top with tinfoil for the last 5 minutes to prevent the top burning, so check after 20 minutes.
For the topping all I did was mix the cheese with the powdered sweetener, a drop of vanilla essence then topped with sprinkles
