Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese – Free

  • ¼ cup low-Syn vanilla protein powder – ~3 SV total

  • 2½ tbsp banana-flavoured sugar-free pudding mix (e.g. Simply Delish) – ~1 SV total

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free syrup (banana, caramel or vanilla) – ~1 SV total

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – Free

  • 1–2 tbsp skimmed milk or unsweetened almond milk – Use as part of HEA or count 0.5 SV if needed

  • ½ banana (optional, mashed or sliced) – Free

🍌 Topping:

  • 2 tbsp crushed light wafers – ~3 SV total

  • ¼ cup low-fat aerosol whipped topping – ~1.5 SV total

  • Extra banana slices – Free
