- Cut your chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes, then lightly fry them so they are nearly cooked.
- Drain water off. Add 3 tablespoons of each of the following: honey, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and I add a 2 tsp of crushed garlic and
- BBQ spices. Turn the heat up on the hob and stir watching the liquid evaporate and become sticky!
- To make the SW egg fried rice, boil rice and add peas and scrambled egg then mix with the leftover sticky sauce from the pan
