BBQ HONEY STICKY CHICKEN

Instructions

  1. Cut your chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes, then lightly fry them so they are nearly cooked.
  2. Drain water off. Add 3 tablespoons of each of the following: honey, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and I add a 2 tsp of crushed garlic and
  3. BBQ spices. Turn the heat up on the hob and stir watching the liquid evaporate and become sticky!
  4. To make the SW egg fried rice, boil rice and add peas and scrambled egg then mix with the leftover sticky sauce from the pan
