Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.
- In a bowl, combine the oats, egg, Müller Light yogurt, grated carrot, vanilla extract, baking powder, and plenty of cinnamon.
- Lightly spray a small baking dish with cooking spray and pour in the mixture.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
- Leave to cool completely, then place in the fridge to chill.
Prepare the Filling
Mix the protein natural yogurt with a drizzle of Billionaire’s Shortbread syrup until smooth.
Make the Frosting
In a small bowl, mix together the Philadelphia Lightest, protein natural yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Assemble
- Once chilled, carefully slice the baked oats in half.
- Spread the yogurt filling over one half and place the other half on top.
- Cover with the frosting mixture.
- Finish with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of syrup.

- For the best texture, allow the baked oats to chill before assembling.
- Add raisins, nuts, ginger, or chocolate chips to create your own version.
- Perfect for meal prep and can be made the night before.
