Cheesy Bagels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan / 200°C / Gas Mark 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, reduced-fat grated cheese, egg, and flour to a large mixing bowl. Mix together until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a sausage shape and join the ends together to form bagels.
  4. Place onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each one.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Perfect served warm on their own or filled with ham, salad, eggs, or your favourite sandwich fillings.
