Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan / 200°C / Gas Mark 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Add the cottage cheese, reduced-fat grated cheese, egg, and flour to a large mixing bowl. Mix together until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a sausage shape and join the ends together to form bagels.
- Place onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each one.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Perfect served warm on their own or filled with ham, salad, eggs, or your favourite sandwich fillings.
