- 200g (7oz) of mushrooms, sliced
- ⅓ cup (80ml) of coconut milk, canned (or can use single cream or half and half)
- ⅔ cup (180ml) of chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, arrowroot or tapioca flour
- salt and black pepper to season
