CHILLI & LIME CHICKEN SKEWERS

Instructions

1. Mix together lime juice, red wine vinegar, chilli powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and garlic pepper then set aside
2. Dice chicken and place in a covered container. Pour marinade over chicken, let sit for an hour before putting in the fridge if possible. Then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on four skewers, season with salt and pepper.
4. Spray with Frylight and place onto a preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway through cooking time. Allow for longer if the chicken pieces are large.
5. Remove, and serve with sides of choice (i had spicy rice)
