Chinese Fakeaway Platter

Chinese Curry Sauce

Ingredients

  •  Teaspoon of each of the following: Coriander, Cumin, Onion, Sea Salt, Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Paprika, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Star Anise.
  • 100ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweetener

  1. Mix the spice mic with the chicken stock and sweetener. Add cornflour to thicken.
