Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place the cottage cheese in a blender with the seasonings and blend until completely smooth.

Spray lightly with low-calorie cooking spray.

Bake for 20–25 mins until golden and crispy.
