Cottage Cheese Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Place the cottage cheese in a blender with the seasonings and blend until completely smooth.

  3. Spoon small dollops (about 1 tsp each) onto the lined tray and spread slightly into thin rounds.

  4. Spray lightly with low-calorie cooking spray.

  5. Bake for 20–25 mins until golden and crispy.

  6. Let cool for a few minutes so they firm up before serving.
