Ingredients

  • Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 800g–1kg)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 100ml water (plus extra as needed)
  • 2 tbsp lighter crème fraîche
  • 80g reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated (2 Healthy Extra A choices)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
