Instructions
- In a pan begin frying off the onion and peppers and meanwhile prep the chicken. Add the chicken and begin boiling your pasta.
- Once your chicken has some colour, add the fajita seasoning and mix well to coat. Next, add the garlic purée and tomato purée along with a dash of pasta water and salt and mix well.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add this to the pan along with the light Philly and mozzarella and mix again to make it cheesy.
- Serve and enjoy!
