Instructions

- Unroll the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the reduced-fat cream cheese over the pastry sheet evenly.
- Layer the ham slices evenly on top of the cream cheese.
- Distribute the spinach leaves over the ham.
- Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Tightly roll the pastry from one edge to the other, creating a log shape.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1cm rounds.
- Place the rounds cut side up onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg to ensure a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
