High-Protein Chocolate Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  3. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  4. Add yogurt, eggs, sweetener and protein powder. Mix well.
  5. Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
  6. Fold through the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour into the loaf tin and smooth the top.
  8. Sprinkle with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes until risen and cooked through.
  10. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
