Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Add yogurt, eggs, sweetener and protein powder. Mix well.
- Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
- Fold through the chocolate chips.
- Pour into the loaf tin and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 45 minutes until risen and cooked through.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
