Ingredients

  • 125g self raising flour
  • fat free greek yoghurt

For the topping:

  • 4 shallots, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried red chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 70g reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, cubed or sliced
  • Small handful of torn fresh basil leaves, to serve
