Prepare the Yogurt
Spoon the fat-free Greek yogurt into a serving pot or bowl and smooth the surface. -
Add the Biscuits
Break the caramelised biscuits into pieces and press them gently into the yogurt so they are partially submerged. -
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the biscuits to soften and create a cheesecake-style texture.Advertising -
Serve
Remove from the fridge and enjoy as a soft, creamy dessert.
Tiramisu Variation

Flavour the Yogurt
Stir the cooled coffee into the yogurt until evenly combined. -
Add Biscuits and Chill
Follow steps 2 and 3 above. -
Finish
Dust lightly with cocoa powder before serving.
