Viral Japanese Cheesecake

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt
    Spoon the fat-free Greek yogurt into a serving pot or bowl and smooth the surface.

  2. Add the Biscuits
    Break the caramelised biscuits into pieces and press them gently into the yogurt so they are partially submerged.

  3. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the biscuits to soften and create a cheesecake-style texture.

    Remove from the fridge and enjoy as a soft, creamy dessert.

Tiramisu Variation

  1. Flavour the Yogurt
    Stir the cooled coffee into the yogurt until evenly combined.

  2. Add Biscuits and Chill
    Follow steps 2 and 3 above.

  3. Finish
    Dust lightly with cocoa powder before serving.
