- Fold the edges of the parchment paper to create a secure “boat” to hold the chicken and vegetables tightly.
- Gently place the parchment boats into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and is cooked through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges for an extra zest!
