Lemon Curd Drizzle Baked Oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Mix altogether (except the lemon curd)
  3. Add to tin/dish and bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat the lemon curd in the microwave until melted.
  5. Pour over the baked oats and enjoy
