Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla essence, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Lightly spray the bread slices with fry spray.
- Cut each slice in half and place them in a small ovenproof dish.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
- Sprinkle the sultanas on top.
- Leave the dish to stand for a few minutes so the bread absorbs the mixture.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the mixture is set and lightly golden on top.
