Low-Syn Cheese Scones

Instructions

  1. 1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set to 200°C (180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6).

    2️⃣ Blend the Wet Ingredients:

    • Crack the eggs into a bowl.
    • Add half of the cottage cheese and blend using a hand blender (or whisk vigorously).
    • Add the remaining cottage cheese, salt, and pepper, and continue blending until smooth.

    3️⃣ Make the Dough:

    • Stir in the dehydrated Smash, baking powder, and grated cheese.
    • Gently fold until a dough-like consistency forms.

    4️⃣ Shape the Scones:

    • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or spray with Frylight.
    • Divide the dough into 7 scone-like shapes and place them on the tray.
    • Lightly spritz the tops with Frylight.

    5️⃣ Bake to Perfection:

    • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

    6️⃣ Cool & Serve:

    • Let the scones cool on a wire rack.
    • Enjoy with your favorite low-syn toppings or fillings!
