- Pop the pasta on to boil, then simmer.
- Fry off the chicken boobs till browned.
- Add the onion and fry off for a further 5 mins.
- Add the mixed peppers, Cajun seasoning, garlic granules, onion salt, rosemary and mix well

- Transfer to a tray, top with the mozzarella, basil and chilli flakes (optional) then pop under the grill for 5 mins.
