Meatballs Calzone

Instructions

  1. n a bowl, mix the beef mince with spaghetti meatball seasoning and crushed garlic. Shape into meatballs.

  2. Fry the meatballs in a pan until browned and cooked through.

  3. Add the passata, chopped tomatoes, oregano, and garlic granules. Stir well and simmer until the sauce thickens.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).

  5. Place the wrap on a baking tray and spoon the meatball mixture onto one half.

  6. Add a squeeze of Primula over the meatballs, then fold the wrap over to enclose the filling.

  7. Mix a little passata, tomato purée, and mixed herbs together, then spread over the top of the wrap.

  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for around 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
