Mini Garlic Chicken Kievs

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the light spread, crushed garlic, and parsley until combined. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm slightly.

Add the chicken mince to a mixing bowl and season with salt and garlic seasoning. Mix well.

Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and shape into balls. Using the end of a teaspoon, make a hole in the centre of each one and spoon in a small amount of the garlic butter mixture. Carefully seal the chicken around the filling.

Dip each chicken ball into the beaten egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Spray the kievs with low-calorie cooking spray and place into the air fryer basket.

Cook at 180°C for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

Serve hot with air fryer chips seasoned with your favourite chip seasoning and a side salad or vegetables.
