Instructions
- Add the oats, egg, yogurt, baking powder, sweetener and white chocolate flavouring to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Spray a large mug or ramekin with low-calorie cooking spray.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Microwave on high for approximately 2 minutes.
- If the mixture begins to rise too much during cooking, briefly open the microwave door for a few seconds before continuing.
- Remove from the microwave and carefully turn out onto a cooling rack or plate.
- Leave to cool completely.
- Slice in half and spread with the white chocolate spread and strawberry jam.
- Top with sliced strawberries and serve.
