Overnight oats – 4 ways

Ingredients

  • 160g plain whole rolled porridge oats
  • 800g fat-free natural yogurt 

For peach melba flavor:

  • 300g fresh peaches, peeled and sliced, a few slices chopped into smaller pieces
  • Fresh raspberries, some extra chopped or sliced fresh peach and fat-free natural fromage frais, to serve

For banana-berry flavour:

  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh blueberries, some extra chopped banana and ground cinnamon, to serve

For carrot cake flavor:

  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 ripe pear, diced
  • 100g fat-free natural fromage frais
  • 100g plain quark
  • 2-3 level tsp sweetener granules
  • Extra diced ripe pear and ground cinnamon, to serve

For hot apple pie flavour:

  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 red eating apple, finely diced and sliced
  • Fat-free natural yogurt and mixed spice, to serve
