- 300g fresh peaches, peeled and sliced, a few slices chopped into smaller pieces
- Fresh raspberries, some extra chopped or sliced fresh peach and fat-free natural fromage frais, to serve
For banana-berry flavour:
- 1 banana, diced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Fresh blueberries, some extra chopped banana and ground cinnamon, to serve
For carrot cake flavor:
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 ripe pear, diced
- 100g fat-free natural fromage frais
- 100g plain quark
- 2-3 level tsp sweetener granules
- Extra diced ripe pear and ground cinnamon, to serve
For hot apple pie flavour:
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 red eating apple, finely diced and sliced
- Fat-free natural yogurt and mixed spice, to serve
