  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 150g reduced-fat pepperoni slices (around 3–4 SV per 25g – check your brand)
  • 80g reduced-fat mozzarella (2x Healthy Extra A)
  • 40g reduced-fat cheddar (Healthy Extra A)
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • Salt & pepper to taste
