Potato Babka

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4.
  2. Place the grated potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the chopped onion, flour, egg, bacon pieces, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Spray an ovenproof baking dish with low-calorie cooking spray.
  6. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow to stand for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
