Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4.
- Place the grated potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, flour, egg, bacon pieces, salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Spray an ovenproof baking dish with low-calorie cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to stand for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
