Pull Apart Pizza Roll

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the bread roll into 8 sections, taking care not to cut all the way through.
  3. Spread tomato purée between each section and into the centre of the roll.
  4. Place a piece of salami into each cut section.
  5. Slice the cheese into small pieces and tuck them between the sections, adding a little extra into the centre.
  6. Sprinkle with Italian herbs if using.
  7. Place on a baking tray and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the roll is golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and gooey.

  • 40g reduced-fat cheese can be counted as a Healthy Extra A choice.
  • Salami Syns will vary by brand. Using Tesco salami at 1.5 Syns per slice gives 6 Syns for the whole roll.
