Raspberry Dessert

Instructions

  1. Put the sugar-free jelly crystals into a bowl. Add the boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved, then whisk in the cold water.

  2. Add the yogurt and whisk until smooth and fully combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into glass jars or serving dishes and place in the fridge for a few hours, or preferably overnight, until set.

  4. Top with the light cream and berries (2 swips) before serving,
