Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate gently in the microwave or over a bowl of simmering water until smooth.
- Drizzle half of the melted chocolate into a silicone loaf mould or lined tin.
- Scatter over half of the mini marshmallows and set aside.
- Place the jumbo marshmallows into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for around 1 minute until melted and fluffy.
- Quickly stir in the chocolate rice cereal until fully coated.
- Spoon the marshmallow cereal mixture into the mould and spread evenly. Slightly wetting the back of the spoon helps smooth the mixture more easily.
- Scatter over the remaining mini marshmallows.
- Drizzle over the remaining melted chocolate.
- Place into the fridge for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Slice into 24 bars and serve.
Best stored in the fridge for a firmer texture.
