Filling:

  • 250g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 500g fat-free fromage frais
  • 4 tsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 sheets leaf gelatine (soaked in water)
  • 5 tbsp sugar-free white chocolate syrup
  • 5 tbsp water

Topping:

  • 6 raspberries
