Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. Whisk together the eggs and sweetener until thick and pale. Beat in the low-fat spread and vanilla extract.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, then fold into the egg mixture. Spray an 8in / 20cm square cake tin with Fry Light and pour in the brownie mixture. Scatter the chopped almonds over the top.
- Bake until cooked through, then leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 15 squares. Serve warm or allow to cool completely.
