Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pan, brown the sausages and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, soften the onions, carrots, and red pepper for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning mix, passata, water, stock cubes, and sweetener. Stir well.
  5. Combine the sausages with the sauce and vegetables. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with Flora lighter, spreadable light cheese, garlic granules, parsley, and a dash of milk until smooth. Set aside.
  7. Steam or boil the broccoli to your liking.
  8. Serve the sausage casserole with the cheesy garlic mash and broccoli. Garnish with parsley.
