Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pan, brown the sausages and set aside.
- In the same pan, soften the onions, carrots, and red pepper for about 5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning mix, passata, water, stock cubes, and sweetener. Stir well.
- Combine the sausages with the sauce and vegetables. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with Flora lighter, spreadable light cheese, garlic granules, parsley, and a dash of milk until smooth. Set aside.
- Steam or boil the broccoli to your liking.
- Serve the sausage casserole with the cheesy garlic mash and broccoli. Garnish with parsley.
