- Spread a quarter of the mashed avocado on one half of each wrap.
- Top the avocado with the bean, corn, and tomato mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold each wrap in half and place in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Serve with lime wedges and sriracha or hot sauce on the side, if desired.
