Instructions
- Fry your pepper and chicken until nearly cooked. In a bowl mix together your soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey & garlic and add to your pan. Simmer until the sauce reduces and goes sticky.
- While your chicken is cooking, cook your rice and microwave your peas.
- Once your chicken is cooked through & sticky and rice is cooked, transfer chicken to a bowl and add your rice and peas to frying pan to soak up remaining sauce & flavour.Slimming world friendly, 2.5syns per tablespoon of honey and 1/2 syn for 1 tablespoon garlic paste.
