Sticky Chilli Chicken

Instructions

  1. Fry your pepper and chicken until nearly cooked. In a bowl mix together your soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey & garlic and add to your pan. Simmer until the sauce reduces and goes sticky.
  2. While your chicken is cooking, cook your rice and microwave your peas.
  3. Once your chicken is cooked through & sticky and rice is cooked, transfer chicken to a bowl and add your rice and peas to frying pan to soak up remaining sauce & flavour.Slimming world friendly, 2.5syns per tablespoon of honey and 1/2 syn for 1 tablespoon garlic paste.
