- Cook the prawns in a pan until they turn pink.
- Drain off any excess water released.
- Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, and crushed garlic.
- Turn up the heat and stir continuously as the sauce reduces and becomes thick and sticky.
- Remove the prawns and set aside.
- Add your cooked rice into the same pan with the leftover sauce and stir to coat (this creates the sticky rice).
- Add peas and scrambled egg if using, and mix through.
- Serve the prawns alongside the sticky rice and tenderstem broccoli.
