Sticky Honey Prawns

Instructions

  1. Cook the prawns in a pan until they turn pink.
  2. Drain off any excess water released.
  3. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, and crushed garlic.
  4. Turn up the heat and stir continuously as the sauce reduces and becomes thick and sticky.
  5. Remove the prawns and set aside.
  6. Add your cooked rice into the same pan with the leftover sauce and stir to coat (this creates the sticky rice).
  7. Add peas and scrambled egg if using, and mix through.
  8. Serve the prawns alongside the sticky rice and tenderstem broccoli.
