- Mash half of the raspberries and layer them over the shortbread base.
- Spoon the Alpro Greek style yogurt over the raspberry layer, smoothing the top.
- Spread the remaining mashed raspberries over the yogurt layer.
- Cut the French fancie in half and place one half on top of each cheesecake as a garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
