  3. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  4. Gently press the mini Jammie Dodgers into the top of the mixture, distributing them evenly.
  5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and set.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  7. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted strawberry jam over the top before serving for an extra sweet touch.
