- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, oats, Strawberry Daiquiri Muller Light Yogurt, strawberry essence, and baking powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.
- Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
- Gently press the mini Jammie Dodgers into the top of the mixture, distributing them evenly.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted strawberry jam over the top before serving for an extra sweet touch.
