1️⃣ Prepare the Jelly: Follow the packet instructions to make the jelly. Let it cool slightly.
2️⃣ Assemble the Jelly Layer:
- Divide the sliced strawberries between 8 individual trifle glasses.
- Pour the cooled jelly over the strawberries, just enough to cover them.
3️⃣ Chill & Set: Place the glasses in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight, until the jelly is firm.
4️⃣ Add the Custard: Once the jelly has set, spoon the reduced-fat custard evenly over each portion.
5️⃣ Top with Fromage Frais: Smooth a generous layer of fat-free natural fromage frais on top.
6️⃣ Decorate & Serve:
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
- For a touch of sparkle, sprinkle edible glitter (optional).
