Ingredients

  • 85g pudding rice

  • 150ml skimmed milk (part of HexA allowance)

  • Water (to top up liquid to 450ml total)

  • 2 tsp granulated sweetener

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt

To serve (optional):

  • Fresh blueberries

  • 1 tsp Lotus Biscoff topping sauce (approx. 1.5 Syns)

  • ½ Lotus Biscoff biscuit (approx. 1 Syn)
