    For the Light Sauce:

    • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce for a vegetarian option)
    • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water (extra liquid helps reduce thickness)
    • 1/2 tsp sesame oil (for flavor, optional)
    • 1 tsp stevia, monk fruit sweetener, or honey
    • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
