Instructions
- Spray a large pan with low-cal spray and place over medium heat.
- Add the onions, red peppers, and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
- Stir in the spice mix and cook for a minute to release the flavours.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato purée. Mix well.
- Pour in the beef stock and add the dried macaroni.
- Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked.
- Stir in 60g of grated cheese until melted through.
- Transfer most of the mixture into an oven dish, top with the remaining 60g cheese, and grill until melted and golden.
Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
- Schär roll (HexB)
- 1 tbsp Flora Light
- Garlic, crushed
Method:
- Mix the Flora Light with crushed garlic.
- Spread over the roll.
- Bake for 7 minutes until golden.
