Chilli Mac and Cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray a large pan with low-cal spray and place over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, red peppers, and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the spice mix and cook for a minute to release the flavours.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato purée. Mix well.
  6. Pour in the beef stock and add the dried macaroni.
  7. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked.
  8. Stir in 60g of grated cheese until melted through.
  9. Transfer most of the mixture into an oven dish, top with the remaining 60g cheese, and grill until melted and golden.

Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • Schär roll (HexB)
  • 1 tbsp Flora Light
  • Garlic, crushed

Method:

  1. Mix the Flora Light with crushed garlic.
  2. Spread over the roll.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes until golden.
