  • Small splash of olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • 30g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • Tomato and garlic passata, to serve
