Pasta Chips with Tomato Dip

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions until tender.
  2. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Spread the pasta in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
  6. Spray generously with low-calorie cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 180°C (160°C Fan) for 20 minutes, or until golden and crunchy.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  9. Serve with tomato and garlic passata for dipping.
