Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions until tender.
- Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread the pasta in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
- Spray generously with low-calorie cooking spray.
- Bake at 180°C (160°C Fan) for 20 minutes, or until golden and crunchy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with tomato and garlic passata for dipping.
