Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4.
- Spray a non-stick roasting tin lightly with low-calorie cooking spray and line with baking paper if needed.
- Whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese or fromage frais, ham strips and seasoning.
- Stir in the red onion and half of the grated cheese.
- Scatter over the cheese, cherry tomatoes and mixed olives.
- Evenly spoon over the chutney and pickle.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Leave to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
